Where: Third Street Baptist Church - 224 Crawford Street, Arkadelphia AR 71923 870-246-4567

When: Friday, February 21 and Saturday, February 22, 2020. Starting at 6:30 P.M. on Friday and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

What: Time to worship, learn, and pray together with other women through services and breakout sessions.

Sanctuary Doors will open at Third Street Baptist Church at 5:30 P.M. on Friday evening. You will receive your event packet then. The conference will start at 6:30 P.M. for all women 6th grade and up. On Friday evening, plan to join us after the general session for Fellowship in the TSBC Gary Turner Family Life Center.

Why: The theme this year is “You Make Beautiful Things.” God has laid on my heart that You/Me are beautiful in God’s eyes. As a potter creates a pot from clay, so God is with us, taking the dirt, forming it, taking us as we are, and shaping us to His likeness , to His desire for His purpose. He made us in his own image and exactly how he wanted us to be made. Social Media can be a great thing but it also can destroy a women’s securities about their beauty. You/ Me will never be happy with who we are unless we begin to Praise God for creating us just as we are. He created you/me so we would desire an ongoing relations with Him. “So, God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God, he created them; male and female he created them.” (Genesis 1:27)

Jennifer Watson is the author of Freedom! The Gutsy Pursuit of Breakthrough and the Life Beyond It, a wife, mother of two teenage daughters, and national speaker. Jennifer has been in full-time ministry for twenty years and is passionate about investing in others. Christy Rodriguez is an Arkansas native with a passion for God and His people. Growing up, she was an athlete and sports enthusiast. She went to college on a soccer scholarship earning her degree in broadcast journalism. Thinking she was going to be the next ESPN sideline reporter, she worked as a T.V. producer and radio personality for three years, but God had different plans. As she grew closer to Him, she felt a calling to teach. She headed back to college earning her master’s degree in education and served as a teacher and high school coach for the next seven years in Northwest Arkansas. Her husband, Laurencio, won her heart with cheese dip and vanilla cokes and later her heart was stolen yet again with the birth of their son, Mac. Christy is the executive director of bravegirlcommunity.com, and produces a podcast called “The Brave Place” for the radio station KLRC, The Positive Difference, in Northwest Arkansas. She is also having a blast in her new career as a real estate agent and loves teaming up with her husband remodeling homes. Having faced several strongholds, she understands the power of addiction and deception. She also understands that the power of Jesus Christ is far greater and can break through all of it. Her life motto...In Him all things are possible, and in Him, all things are made new again.

We are ecstatic that you have chosen to join us the year. Please begin praying for your own heart, the hearts of your sisters in Christ, our speaker, our church, and all those who are hurting and lost. Pray that we would embrace the beautiful women God created us to be for His glory.

Make sure that you order your 2020 Women's Conference shirt online through Print Mania at https://store.printmaniatees.com/tsbc_womens_retreat/shop/home by February 16, 2020 to guarantee an event shirt at the conference. The shirts are $15.00 and is not included in our conference registration. You can pick up your shirt on Friday evening before the general session. Also, shuttles will be available in the parking lots to escort/transport to the sanctuary and family life center.
